Research tools

Software I build or contribute to as part of my research.

CPPxDIC

2025 – present • C++ • Open source

C++ implementation of xDIC: 2D digital image correlation (DIC) analysis developed for neuroscientific applications (full-field displacement and strain measurement from image sequences). Continuously developed at INMA/UCLouvain.

CppNCorr

2025 – present • C++ • Open source

Fast 2D digital image correlation software in C++ (Ncorr-style algorithms), companion of CPPxDIC for high-throughput neuroscience imaging pipelines.

PANTHER

2023 – present • Python / Ivy • Open source

Pluginizable testing environment for network protocols: formal specification (Ivy), reproducible network simulation (Shadow), YAML-driven workflows and a stateful fuzzer plugin. Used to discover and reproduce QUIC vulnerabilities.

Dionysos.jl

2024 – present • Julia • Contributor

Control-system problem solver (abstraction-based control of hybrid/nonlinear systems) developed at UCLouvain. I contribute to the optimization and solver side.

OscaR

OscaR — CP4DM constraints

2015 – 2020 • Scala • Open source

Global constraints for pattern mining in the OscaR constraint solver: PPIC/PPICt (sequential patterns, with time constraints), CoverSize (frequent itemsets), EpisodeSupport (episode mining) and PRL (probabilistic rule lists). Executables and demos on the CP4DM site.

ΩPs-DSL

2019 • Scala

Domain-specific language for pattern-set mining problems: describe the network, its parameters and the loss function computed on the data, then compile it to Boolean circuits.

Misc. tools

Small utilities born from side needs. More on GitHub.

Conference Programme Manager (cpm)

2025 – present • Python • PyPI

Generate structured conference programmes from paper submissions, topic preferences, room/chair resources and scheduling constraints (with optional SBERT paper–topic similarity). pip install conf-program-manager
